File Transfer Protocol This page will assist you into using FTP to transfer files to YOUR website on our severs Download FileZilla CLICK HERE and install on your PC using the DEFAULT Settings Run FileZilla File Site manager New Site Host Field = www.YOUR-DOMAIN-NAME example www.phinc.biz Login Type - Change radio button to Normal User name: Your User Name Password: Your Password CLICK CONNECT IMPORTANT: In the RIGHT window You will need to go UP 3 levels by clicking on the TOP Yellow Folder 3 times then Click on the directory WEB You will know that you are in the right directory when at top in the remote site field it says /web/ At this time you will see many directories - YOU are responsible for YOUR Mistakes, and WE WILL NOT FIX IT FOR FREE So be careful NOTE: If you use a different FTP program, just follow a simular procedure as stated above.
